I lost track…
Time flew by and my daily posts, well…were not so daily. Here are a couple from today, still wet after being “in the drink” as my friend likes to say.

Thirteen, Also A Good Day
This image was just completed today and was still drying. The exposure for cyanotype in bright sun was 3 minutes, rest 5 minutes face down in cool grass, 4 minutes, rest 2 minutes. Developed in water, rinsing for around 10 minutes. Added a splash of hydrogen peroxide to water, then add print to deepen the blue (only for about 30 seconds). Rinse another 10 minutes. The paper was Fabriano Unica Paper, white.
Day Ten, The Best Day
This image was partially exposed in fluorescent light (by happy accident). The final exposure was 3 minutes in full sun, rest for 5 minutes, 5 more minutes in full sun. This was also from the June 6th workday.
Day Nine, Searching
This image was made with the cyanotype photographic process. The handwriting was written first with a white Prismacolor pencil. The cyanotype chemicals were added next. Exposure was a bit dark in this print. I would try less time next time.
Catch Up, Day Six, Seven & Eight
The days 6, 7 and 8 of June were spent creating images, though most of the images were made on June 6th. Here are three of them:

22 North
I was fortunate to be part of an excellent group show in 2016 at 22 North in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The exhibition was called, WCC Seeing Differently. I have one gum bichromate and one Polaroid transfer. Check out the images: Selections from WCC Seeing Differently at 22 North.
